This meme formerly hosted by MizB, is now hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words.

Why not join in? Just answer the following three questions in a post and then put a link to that post in the Comments over at Taking on a World of Words.

The questions are:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

All images link back to their respective Goodreads page.

Heat Wave (Nikki Heat, #1)What am I currently reading? The Lunatic Cafe (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #4)

I am still reading Heat Wave by Richard Castle but to be fair it took a back burner these past two weeks while I read some other books.  I picked it up again on my morning commute today and it’s improving a little bit from the beginning. I’ll probably have that done this week.

The Lunatic Cafe by Laurell K. Hamilton is still being read but again, I haven’t touched it in weeks.  It’s a series re-read not a new series so I’m not overly fussed.

Hot Ink (Inked in the Steel City, #1)What did I recently finish reading?Wife by Wednesday (The Weekday Brides, #1)

First to be finished this week was Hot Ink by Ranae Rose, not going to lie, I didn’t think all that much of it and you can catch my review here.

Second was Call of the Sea by Michelle M. Pillow.  I said last week I felt like I’d already read it and I was right, I had.  It was still good though and the refresher has opened things up nicely for book 2 & 3 of the trilogy.

I also finished Wife by Wednesday by Catherine Bybee.  I haven’t written the review yet but you’ll find it up on the page shortly. I really enjoyed Wife by Wednesday, it’s certainly one of the better Kindle Unlimited books I’ve read recently.

Call of the Untamed (Call of the Lycan, #2)What do I think I’ll read next?Married by Monday (The Weekday Brides, #2)

I will more than likely read Call of the Untamed and Call of Temptation by Michelle M. Pillow to complete the Call of the Lycan trilogy.

I also might read Married by Monday by Catherine Bybee seeing as I enjoyed the first book in the Weekday Brides series, another thing I like about this series is that it isn’t a massively ongoing series, it’s only seven books.
